Responsibilities

Your Role as an RN Supervisor:

+ Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

+ Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

+ Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

+ Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing

+ Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred

+ Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care

+ Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
