Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) is a comprehensive recovery-oriented program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. PROS integrates treatment, support, and rehabilitation to support an individual's recovery. Goals for individuals in the program are to: improve functioning, reduce inpatient utilization, reduce emergency services, reduce contact with the criminal justice system, increase employment, and attain higher levels of education,

Position may be eligible for a $750 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities:

Maintain a caseload of program participants.

Facilitate daily group programming for the participants.

Provide targeted skills counseling in a psychiatric rehabilitation model.

Facilitate recovery-oriented group services.

Participate in curriculum development for future programming

Provide other individual recovery services as required, including assisting participants with securing benefits, housing, employment, and other basic needs

Promote participants community integration and inclusion.

Develops program activities and schedules consistent with PROS philosophy

Develop and maintain relationships with community partners

Complete required administrative tasks and paperwork in a timely manner.

Promote overall wellness and self management

Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging

Requirements:

LCSW, LMHW, LMHC or MHC – LP, LMSW (clinical supervision provided for the LMSW or MHC-LP) and master’s level experience providing individual therapeutic services is required. Previous experience working in the mental health or substance abuse field is preferred. This position will be a driving position, you must have a valid and clean NYS Driver License. Reliable vehicle.
