Summary You will serve as an ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN in the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Code 210, Fleet Technical Support Division of the Engineering and Planning Department, Code 200 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Salary Range: GS-11: $77,192 - $100,344 GS-12: $92,520 - $120,282 A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Responsibilities You will provide authoritative technical assistance on urgent mission degrading casualty reports (CASREPS) affecting Aegis SPY/ACNT and interfacing systems while beyond reach of supervisory guidance and customary references. You will participate in pier-side and at-sea functional checkouts, grooms, adjustments and repairs of Aegis SPY/ACNT systems. You will investigate a wide range of problems, which have proven to be beyond the capability of others. You will initiate interim guidance to restore system operation. You will have experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of MK 160 Gun Computer System, MK 46 Optical Sight System, and MK 20 Electro-Optical Sight System. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
