Job Summary

We are seeking associate with Good in JDE CNC and experience in JDE Upgrade. with 10 to 14 years of experience in JDE - CNC and Products Management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively in a day shift environment to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust technology solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of JDE

• CNC systems within the organization.

• Analyze current technology architecture and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and architecture designs.

• Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

• Oversee the deployment of new systems and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with product management teams to align technology solutions with business goals and customer needs.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all technology-related activities.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in JDE

• CNC and related technologies.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology team.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in JDE

• CNC with a strong understanding of its architecture and functionalities.

• Demonstrate expertise in products management and its integration with technology solutions.

• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

• Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.

• Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a hybrid work model.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 06/13/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
