    The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Work Therapy Coordinator ( Social SVC Program Coordinator) at Georgia Regional Hospital – Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

     

    Job Grade K

     

    Salary: $58,798.48

    Job Description:

    This position is a Work Therapy Coordinator ( Social SVC Program Coordinator) position assigned to plan, organize, audit, analyze and trend performance standards of Therapeutic Work positions including comprehensive vocational assessments, program planning, data collection systems, progress note quality and completion, FLSA/Kronos timesheets, oversight of community transition with Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA), and treatment team participation. Additionally, Work Therapy Coordinator will maintain a caseload of individuals, supervise assigned staff, and organize, direct and participate in program planning based on best practices.

    Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of job-related experience, which includes one (1) year in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Social Svcs Prgm Coord 2 (SSP031) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions require eligibility for licensure.
