The **Specialist, Master Data, Site ERP** is responsible for executing activities related to master data maintenance and site operations SAP support. These activities include system testing, data reporting, and technical support of SAP and associated boundary systems to maintain a compliant, effective, and efficient operation that meets or exceeds site goals and objectives.
Shifts Available:
Monday to Friday with weekend on-call rotation: expected to be available every 5th weekend for remote emergency support.
+ 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist in designing, testing, reviewing, and maintaining SAP master data, including, but not limited to, material master data and recipe/Bill of Materials (BOM).
+ Provide real time support to resolve operational barriers for SAP end users.
+ Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to recognize opportunities for increasing compliance and efficiency.
+ Work closely with their direct team to analyze SAP incident tickets to help proactively identify trends or operation risks.
+ Work closely with SAP end users across departments to provide guidance, operational support, and education.
+ Work with their direct team to ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication with the SAP IT team that manages system enhancements or fixes.
+ Provide department representation on site projects.
+ Provide direct internal customer support to manufacturing, site planning, inventory control, quality assurance, quality control, global master data management, and IT.
+ Develop and provide technical training to SAP users.
+ Maintain an understanding of the manufacturing processes and SAP S/4 HANA.
+ Maintain an understanding of SAP integration with other supporting systems (MES, LIMs, etc).
+ Provide rotational on-call support for off-hours SAP incident tickets.
Knowledge & Skills:
+ ERP/MRP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) SAP preferred.
+ Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
+ Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
+ Intermediate knowledge of cGMP regulations.
+ Basic presentation development and delivery skills.
+ Ability to provide rotational on-call support.
+ Ability to interpret / write technical documents.
+ Ability to excel in collaborative team.
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Basic Requirements:
+ 2+ years relevant work experience required.
Preferred Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
+ 2+ years relevant work experience preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
