Description:
+ Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
+ Scheduling: Coordinate with the production team to schedule manufacturing runs, ensuring timely delivery of products.
+ Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
+ Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
+ Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and production schedules.
+ Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
+ Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and office organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
+ Order Entry: Proficiency in entering and managing orders in a computerized system.
+ Scheduling: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and schedule production activities.
+ Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high level of efficiency.
+ Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or customer service is a plus.
+ Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with order management systems.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
