About the Role
Are you ready to be part of something big? As a **Production Worker** , you’ll be at the heart of a cutting-edge manufacturing process that powers industries from aerospace to renewable energy. You’ll start by mastering the basics—like handling spools and monitoring machines—and grow into a skilled operator in one of the world’s most advanced carbon fiber facilities.
What You’ll Do
+ Operate high-tech equipment to manufacture and bind carbon fibers—safely and efficiently.
+ Start on the line: remove used spools and replace them with fresh ones.
+ Monitor resin-binding machines with laser-sharp attention to detail.
+ Load heavy spools (up to 30 lbs)—this is a hands-on, physically active role.
+ Learn the art of final cutting and binding of finished products.
+ Advance to the mixing station, where resin magic happens.
+ Stay active: lift, bend, reach, pull, and stand for long periods.
+ Jump into other tasks during downtime—teamwork makes the dream work!
What You Bring
+ Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor.
+ Comfortable lifting 30 lbs and working 12-hour shifts.
+ Basic computer skills and simple math proficiency.
+ Clean-shaven (for respirator use if needed).

Dress Code & Environment
+ Jeans, long-sleeve t-shirts, and closed-toed shoes.

+ Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch during your 12-hour shift.
Shift Schedule
**12-hour swing shifts** with rotating days and nights. Be prepared for a dynamic schedule that includes weekends and overtime opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.39/hr.
