About the Role:
Labcorp and Actalent have partnered to bring exceptional healthcare services to communities. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate specimen collection, and contributing to advancements in healthcare diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for diagnostic testing.
+ Collect specimens for drug screens, genetic studies, and specialized tests.
+ Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and handling of samples.
+ Deliver a professional, patient-centered experience, fostering trust and comfort.
+ Collaborate with Labcorp and Actalent teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality while following safety and quality standards.
+ Travel between partner sites as needed.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution (preferred).
+ 2-3 years of clinical or outpatient experience required.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and patient care excellence.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
