    Job Title: Cost Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Cost Engineer to join our Project Controls Group. This role involves working closely with the team to ensure efficient cost management and project controls within the construction industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with the Project Controls Group to manage cost estimation and control.

    + Oversee purchasing and cost analysis processes.

    + Handle change orders and manage project budgets effectively.

    + Ensure accurate project controls and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Controls.

    + Proven ability to manage both large and small projects.

    + Experience using Ecosys and Power BI is preferable.

    + Strong ability to work independently and receive positive client feedback.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working in a dynamic environment where effective project management and cost control are crucial. A self-starter attitude is essential, as is the ability to work seamlessly with various technologies and tools within a collaborative team setting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
