    **Job Title:** Business Analyst / Process Lead

    **Location:** Atlanta, GA or Kansas City

    **Job Overview:** The Business Analyst / Process Lead will be responsible to perform tasks related to analyzing and creating business processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and leading initiatives to implement improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to drive change.

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.

    Skills:

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis tools.

    + Familiarity with project management software.

    + Experience with business process management (BPM) methodologies.

    + Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process Analysis:

    + Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.

    + Conduct workflow analysis and create process maps.

    + Collect data and perform statistical analysis to support recommendations.

    + Project Management:

    + Lead process improvement projects from initiation to closure.

    + Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.

    + Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

    + Stakeholder Collaboration:

    + Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

    + Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective project execution.

    + Documentation:

    + Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs).

    + Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and updates to stakeholders.

    + Change Management:

    + Implement changes and improvements to business processes.

    + Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.

    + Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of new processes.

     

    The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
