    What You’ll Do:

    As a Contract Outpatient Therapist (LCSW), you will:

    + Provide outpatient therapy services to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on evidence-based, client-centered care.

    + Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy.

    + Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.

    + Collaborate with other providers, care managers, and families as appropriate to support holistic care.

    + Operate with flexibility and autonomy in managing your caseload and scheduling.

    + Work primarily remotely, with in-person sessions as clinically appropriate or client-preferred.

    What You’ll Bring:

    + Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW licensure in the state of Maine.

    + Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health.

    + Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.

    + Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
