We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, data-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Microsoft Cloud and AI marketing team.

     

    This **Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager** will develop, launch and optimize connected-end-to end journey of customer experiences which drive interest, engagement and acquisition into Azure. This role will lead integrated marketing efforts in support of Azure’s Data & Analytics solution play—helping organizations modernize their data estate and maximize the value of their data through Azure’s portfolio of database, analytics, and AI services. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the data decision maker audience, data management strategies, and cloud-native database technologies. This high-impact role requires exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling, a talent for aligning stakeholders across complex orgs, and organizational and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for understanding customer needs, and the ability to drive cohesive marketing strategies across content, channels, and campaigns.

     

    This high visibility role will require a deep passion for building integrated customer experiences across channels including paid media, social, blog, web, relationship marketing, evidence etc. particularly in the context of data modernization and AI. in the era of AI. This role will need to influence across multiple levels of the organization to create compelling, customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition of Azure data services. Candidates will use communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops end-to-end Azure integrated marketing and customer journey across digital marketing channels for selected marketing play scenarios prioritized, with a focus on Data & Analytics

    • Connects with channel leads to align on customer journeys, plans and strategies

    • Identifies content gaps and opportunities and oversees development of digital content aligned to the data decision maker audience

    • Supports quarterly and fiscal year priorities and planning by identifying investment opportunities and areas of growth to bring focus to our marketing execution

    • Collaborates with Product Marketing Teams to understand market dynamics, business opportunities, product roadmaps and disclosure plans for Azure data services (e.g., Fabric)

    • Engages with Product Marketing to learn and understand the highest business priorities and develops integrated marketing experience to support those priorities

    • Partners with Analytics Teams to support Integrated Marketing reviews and report on performance of the marketing plans;, deeply understands performance and insights

    • Shares and evangelize plans and gather feedback based on research and learnings

    • Supports new initiatives coming from PMM and seller teams and determines support through v-team including reprioritization of resources.

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience

    + OR equivalent experience.

    • 2+ years experience with developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for technical or cloud audiences.

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience

    + OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience

    + OR equivalent experience.

    • Familiarity with Azure’s data services and modern data architecture (data platforms, analytics, databases, AI-readiness).

    • Understanding of the data decision maker audience, including their priorities, business challenges, and cloud buying behavior.

    • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

    • Results-focused with a deep sense of accountability and experience driving large projects from start to finish.

    • Passion for customers and experience nurturing customer relationships at scale.

    • Understanding of the business to business (B2B) tech buying committee and purchase cycles.

    • Strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution.

    • Collaborative with experience developing relationships with a diverse range of partners.

     

    Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
