Position Overview:

+ Location: Whiteland, IN

+ Compensation: $34 / Hour

+ Hours: 35 / Week

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday (No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays)

+ Duration: 25-26 school year

+ Weekly Pay + Benefits

+ Start: July 30, 2025

What You’ll Do:

As an SLPA, you’ll play a key role in:

+ Assisting in the implementation of individualized treatmentplans

+ Supporting clinical and educational activities under thesupervision of an SLP

+ Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records

+ Engaging in meaningful, hands-on therapy sessions thatpromote communication and confidence

What You Bring:

+ Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or a bachelor’sdegree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

+ Minimum 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalentclinical experience

+ Current SLPA certification or licensure in the state ofpractice

+ Preferred: 1+ year of experience as an SLPA

+ Compliance with health and safety requirements (TBscreening, health certificate, etc.)

+ Must be 18 years or older and meet all federal, state, andlocal regulations

The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant assists the SpeechLanguage Pathologist in providing speech and language services. The SpeechLanguage Pathologist Assistant will have clinical, educational, documentation,and treatment related activities while working within the scope ofresponsibilities/ plan of care assigned by the Speech Language Pathologistand/or physician.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be a graduate of a SLPA program with an associate’s degree,or have a bachelor’s degree in a speech-language pathology or communicationdisorders program

+ Successful completion of a minimum of 100 hours ofsupervised field work experience or its clinical experience equivalent asrequired by state and/or contract

+ Current certification or licensure as a Speech-LanguagePathology Assistant in the State of Practice

+ One (1) year of prior professional Speech-Language PathologyAssistant experience preferred;

+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
