    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This role is ideal for professionals with several years of hands-on experience in systems analysis and design, who are ready to take on more complex projects, work independently, and serve as a critical liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The primary focus of this role will be leveraging Microsoft administration capabilities to enhance customer's identity management, compliance, secure posture, and access control. This position also includes participation in our on-call support rotation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft Office 365.• Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 and Azure issues, including user access, connectivity, and performance issues.• Participate in planning and implementation of projects for system operations and systems administration.• Design and recommend enhancements, improvements, or entirely new systems.• Plan, organize, and document complex system design activities, detailed technical specifications and configure systems to be consistent with policies/procedures.• Manage servers and systems, monitor system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair• Conduct system and integration testing to ensure performance and reliability.• Train end-users and provide ongoing support during system rollouts.• Perform in-depth data analysis to support business decisions.• Responds to and completes Help Desk Tickets.• Monitor system performance and lead initiatives to enhance reliability and functionality.• Participating in after-hours on-call rotation.• Participates in Change Management processes and implementation planning,• Provide 2nd tier troubleshooting and support to end-users.• Perform other duties as directed by the IT Manager.

    Required Experience:

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required. Experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in managing technical support of hardware (desktop, laptop, etc.) and Microsoft Server OS management is required.

    • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in managing and administering Office 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams is required.

    • The successful candidate must have proven work experience with Microsoft Azure administration and including configuration, deployment, and administration of cloud-based services and infrastructure.KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT:• Growing and advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Azure), SQL, and business and enterprise applications. • Azure Active Directory Administration a plus• Strong level of knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams• General understanding of networks and IT infrastructure.• In-depth knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Autopilot, Defender, MFA and conditional access, GDAP.• On-prem and hybrid knowledge of current cloud technologies (Azure, Google)• Proficiency n Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic diagramming tools like Visio, and fundamental SQL.• Strong ability to interpret and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.• Certification in Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.• Proficiency with Visio or similar diagramming tools, monitoring software, or database query tools.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot effectively, and make timely and sound decisions.• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude.• Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Skilled in active learning.
