As a **Security Professional - Warehouse Access Control** in **Lakeland, FL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Front Desk professional in a logistics and distribution location, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, greeting visitors, and assisting with access control. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service and clear communication. You will remain visible at your post, respond to inquiries, and support a welcoming environment. Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at the front desk, following site-specific procedures for access and identification.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and any security-related incidents occurring at the front desk.

+ Communicate with site management and other team members regarding any concerns or unusual activities observed at the location.

+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security experience is required.

+ Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
