Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide essential in-home support for children. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about pediatric care and committed to supporting children and their families in a home environment. The CHHA will work closely with the child/children to ensure safety, comfort, and developmental engagement. Responsibilities * Assist children with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, tailored to their developmental needs. * Provide companionship and a nurturing presence to children, fostering emotional well-being. * Monitor the child's health status and promptly report any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider. * Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child’s care, such as cleaning up play areas, laundry, and meal prep. * Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. * Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, child’s behavior, and any changes in condition. Requirements * Current CHHA license in New Jersey . * Previous experience in pediatric or childcare settings preferred. * Familiarity with caring for children with developmental delays, physical disabilities, or chronic medical conditions is a plus. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both children and their families. * Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude. * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, updated physical  * Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends if needed.
