    We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and keeping critical systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

    Job Basics:

    + Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

    + Schedule: Full-time; availability for weekends and holidays required

    + Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC maintenance or a related field

    + Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

    In This Role, You Will:

    + Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and air handling units

    + Diagnose issues, make repairs, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections

    + Respond to service calls and monitor equipment performance throughout the property

    + Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance
