    Your responsibilities

    Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

     

    Handle incoming telephone calls

     

    Fielding and sending written business correspondence

     

    May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements

    Strong computer skills including customer database systems

     

    Solid understanding of customer service

     

    Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

     

    Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

     

    Commanding grasp of processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

     

    2+ years of past relevant experience

     

    Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

     

    Excellent internal/external customer service skills required
