Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Conduct all job duties in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner in alignment with company policies and procedures.

+ Consistently demonstrate safe behavior, quality workmanship, and teamwork to support overall success of the organization.

+ Actively participate in and support safety initiatives and improvement efforts within the facility.

+ Build strong working relationships with crew members and internal departments to support high-quality production.

+ Drive and implement positive changes within the work environment.

+ Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills throughout the manufacturing process.

+ Safely and competently operate mobile equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scissor lifts, floor sweepers, and power washers.

+ Perform confined space entry procedures, both as an entrant and an attendant, when required.

+ Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in all work areas.

+ Work overtime as needed, including 12-hour shifts.

+ Adhere to all company and location-specific policies and safety regulations.

+ Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:

+ Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation with the ability to work independently.

+ Professional and effective interpersonal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in using the Alkegen Oracle management system.

+ Familiarity with ABB system control applications.

+ Ability to work with limited direction and apply independent thinking in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience

+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery and mobile equipment safely.

+ Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

+ Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools to ensure product specifications.

+ Comfortable using computers and data entry systems; experience with Oracle or ABB systems is a plus.

+ Must be able to work in confined spaces and perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, and climbing.

+ Willingness and availability to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends, as needed.

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

+ Must be available to work 12-hour shift, OT and weekends as needed.

+ Basic computer skills.
