Position Summary...
The NTransit application provides a seamless experience for drivers across private fleets, CCOB (contracted carriers), and external carriers. It directs workflow, facilitates communications, enhances visibility, and manages driver pay. As a crucial part of Walmart's supply chain, NTransit bridges planning with execution in stores, distribution centers, and clubs. It also lowers barriers of entry for SMB carriers, brokers, and owner-operators, enabling them to offer untapped capacity solutions.
This role will own a portion of the broader platform of Driver Experience within NTransit, focusing on building out a communications strategy and vision. The individual in this role will identify opportunities to streamline communication between drivers and end consumers, working with stakeholder partners to build interoperability between drivers and transportation offices, other driver groups, and stores.
This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local to Northwest Arkansas.
What you'll do...
+ Reduce driver dwell time, increase productivity, and develop connections for non-Walmart associate drivers to the load board team
+ Create a comprehensive driver mobile device strategy to provide companion devices to Walmart private fleet drivers and manage the MDM (Mobile Device Management)
+ Leverage AI to enhance communication strategies
+ Provide real-time translation services, predictive text, and automated responses to common queries
+ Analyze communication patterns to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, ensuring more efficient and effective interactions
What you’ll bring…
+ Product management experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or enterprise platforms.
+ Experience with communications platforms, driver-facing tools, or mobile-first product development.
+ Exposure to AI/ML applications in communication (e.g., translation, predictive text, chat automation)
+ Ability to define and execute a vision for seamless, real-time communication across diverse user groups
+ Experience building or managing mobile device strategies, including MDM (Mobile Device Management).

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
