Our Echo Software team works on not only the Echo Show but other high-profile consumer electronics products including Fire TV, Kindle, Automotive and the Echo family of devices. We’re just getting started, and we’d love to have you join us to bring innovative experiences to millions of customers.

Key job responsibilities

Write and maintain code and documentation

Participate in design reviews and information sharing

Participate in operational support

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
