    The Defense Sector CIDO team is seeking an **Administrative Functional Support 3** , with some technical exposure to join our team as a full-time employee, on-site at our Orlando, Florida facility.

     

    This role will support the migration of our corporate intranet content to the latest SharePoint Online platform. This team member will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and visually appealing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate the migration of artifacts and update intranet content from legacy SharePoint to the latest SharePoint Online.

    + Review and enhance page layouts for clarity and user experience.

    + Collaborate with IT staff to understand technical requirements and best practices.

    + Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

    + Ensure content is consistent with corporate branding and messaging.

     

    This position will require excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with technical staff. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience with problem solving with an integrated team including but not exclusive to the program manager, functional managers, and customers. Candidates will need to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Experience working in customer service environment.

    + Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, public relations, or related fields. (We will consider candidates with an additional 4 years of experience without a completed Bachelors degree.)

    + Demonstrated eye for website design, layout, and user experience.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.

    + Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with SharePoint or other web content management systems.

    + Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).

    + Ability to leverage creative tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

    + Willingto learn basic project management skills tofacilitate the large number of sector intranet sites that need to be migrated

     

    Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $78,300.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
