Description

Robert Half is partnering with an aerospace company headquartered in Long Beach, California to identify their next Contract Administrator. This is a long-term contract position with a potential for full-time employment if mutually a great fit.

The Contract Administrator will assist in reviewing and managing commercial contracts and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of corporate legal processes and demonstrate expertise in legal formatting and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and supply chain documents.

• Ensure accurate formatting of legal documents using tools like Word processing software.

• Collaborate with legal teams to support contract-related administrative tasks.

• Utilize platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign, and Office productivity tools to streamline document management.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Offer support in the preparation and organization of legal documents for review.

• Provide assistance with legal workflows and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support the execution of contracts and agreements.

• Monitor and manage contract timelines and renewals.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all legal records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract administration or paralegal work, particularly with commercial contracts.

• Proficiency with tools such as Ironclad, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign.

• Familiarity with legal formatting and corporate legal processes.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Experience with case management and legal documentation systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of government contracts is advantageous but not required.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
