Robert Half Marketing & Creative is hiring a Digital Designer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to design engaging content for web and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital design tools, possess a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality, and be eager to push boundaries with innovative design strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize and execute digital designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

+ Design a variety of digital assets including web pages, email templates, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and interactive content.

+ Optimize designs for usability, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.

+ Maintain and enhance the company’s digital design style guide to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and user interface best practices to continuously improve creative outputs.

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

+ 3+ years of experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role.

+ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects), Figma, or Sketch.

+ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.

+ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects (provide a link or attachment if required).

+ Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
