    About Us:

    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Payroll Clerk to join our team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

    Responsibilities:

    + Process employee timecards and enter payroll data

    + Assist with biweekly (or weekly) payroll runs

    + Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations

    + Respond to employee payroll inquiries

    + Reconcile payroll reports and assist with audits as needed

    + Support other accounting and HR functions as necessary

    Requirements

    + 1+ year of payroll processing experience preferred

    + Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.)

    + High attention to detail and accuracy

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
