Description

Commercial real estate company in Albany is seeking a Director of Finance. Reporting to the CEO, job duties include: accounting for multiple entities; project accounting; job costing for construction projects; property accounting; bank recs; journal entries and general ledger; banking relationships; work with external CPA firm; monthly financial statements and reporting; various other projects.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a BA in Accounting or Finance and 5-7+ years of experience as a Controller or similar level; real estate and construction industry experience desired. For more information or confidential consideration contact Jordon Heffler.
