Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential in managing corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in transactional accounting and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations, to ensure financial accuracy.

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and adjustments.

• Oversee fixed asset accounting, ensuring proper tracking and depreciation.

• Prepare and review accruals to maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle payroll and credit card reconciliations with precision and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations and filing requirements.

• Participate in month-end close processes to deliver timely and accurate financial statements.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to streamline operations.

• Support M& A activities by analyzing financial data and assisting with integration tasks. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in corporate and transactional accounting.

• Proficiency in fixed asset management, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.

• Familiarity with sales tax compliance and payroll processes.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms like NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with M& A financial processes is preferred.
