Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in New York, NY. In this role, you will manage purchasing processes, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, purchase orders, and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and align them with budgetary constraints.

• Utilize ERP and CRM systems to track procurement activities and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms to optimize costs and quality.

• Process invoices and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the finance team.

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to prevent stock shortages.

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve procurement processes. Requirements • Proven experience in procurement or a closely related field.

• Proficiency with ERP systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.

• Familiarity with tools such as Coupa and CRM systems.

• Strong understanding of budget management and buying processes.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies effectively.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of industry standards and procurement regulations.
