Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Document Custody department is primarily responsible for reviewing original mortgage loan documents, reporting on/certifying to the documents, safekeeping the documents and shipping the documents to a requested party. The candidate will be the client point of contact for Document Custody transactions and responsible for the administration and client service of warehouse line and whole loan sale transactions as well as Agency certifications. This includes receiving loan files, coordinating deliveries out/file reviews, and reporting collateral positions to mortgage originators and warehouse lenders.
Requirements:
+ 3+ years experience in a Mortgage related business.
+ Strong understanding of Mortgage documents including Notes, Mortgages, Assignments, etc.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze andimprove processes.
+ Excellent computer and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Resume Submission
+ Associates Degree or higher education preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
+ Able to operate calmly and efficiently in a high volume,intense atmosphere that maintains a very low margin of errors.
+ Excellent organizational skills/Detailed Orientated.
**Pay Details:** $28.57 per hour
