Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Planner Scheduler with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and scheduling, with a proven track record of using SAP software. This role involves coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
+ Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
+ Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
+ Utilize SAP software to manage and track production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements.
+ Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
+ Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
+ Prepare and present production reports to management.
Qualifications:
+ HS Diploma required.
+ Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related preferred.
+ 4-5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
+ Proficiency in SAP software is a must.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
