    Job Title: Business Analyst IIJob Description

     

    As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable reporting platforms, defining and tracking reliable metrics, and building self-service analysis tools to support the rapidly growing demand for data, which will have an immediate influence on business decision-making.

    Responsibilities

    + Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish relationships between multiple data sources.

    + Provide data insights to uncover product improvement opportunities.

    + Develop scripts to process data to support business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts.

    + Generate composite queries to dive deep into business-related issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Efficient in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts.

    + Extensive knowledge of developing dashboards on Tableau and BI tools.

    + Advanced Excel skills.

    + Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.

    + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    Work Environment

    The Business Analyst is a key member of the team, enabling the generation of metrics and development of dashboards such as Compliance Reporting and False Negative Reporting. The role is critical to scaling through peak periods and ensuring key deliverables are met for the team and the organization. The possibility of extension is available, with conversion chances unknown.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
