    Job Title: Welder/Fitter

    Job Description

    + We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter who can read blueprints and work with mild steel. The role involves working on large mining equipment, such as Dump Bodies, Fuel Bodies, and Lube Trucks.

    + Candidates must be comfortable welding FCAW in all positions.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints.

    + Work with mild steel, performing welding tasks on large mining equipment.

    + Perform MIG welding and FCAW in all positions.

    + Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques.

    + Conduct simple wrenching tasks involving valves, pipes, and hydraulic assemblies according to prints.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in welding and fitting.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Strong experience in Flux Core welding.

    + Skills in MIG welding and working with steel.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in fabrication and assembly.

    + Entry-level candidates are welcome, as weld testing will be conducted from easy to difficult tasks.

    + Work in a large, clean manufacturing shop alongside 75 employees. The facility follows lean manufacturing principles to ensure efficiency and productivity.

    Job Type & Location

    + This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, Idaho.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
