    Job Title: Receiving Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the efficient handling and processing of shipments. This position is integral to ensuring that our inventory management and shipment processes run smoothly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.

    + Perform incoming inspections to ensure product quality.

    + Assist with outbound shipments to maintain timely delivery schedules.

    + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

    + Pack and process products for distribution.

    + Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.

    + Operate sit-down forklifts to facilitate material handling.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in packing and material handling.

    + Experience in loading and unloading trucks.

    + Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

    + Expertise in inventory control and data entry.

    + Ability to operate RF scanners and forklifts.

    + Skill in performing cycle counts.

    + Competency in computer and inventory control systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

    + Experience in data entry and inventory management.

    + Forklift operation is preferred.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, New York.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
