The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35

A role in **Merchandising** means working with buyers, inventory analysts, planners and several diverse vendors to bring merchandising strategies to life, both in-store and online. Here, you work with a wide SKU count so that your work is varied and challenging.

As a **_Sr Merchandise Specialist_** supporting **Baby** for in-store and online channels, you'll provide key executional support to both our merchandise buying and planning teams. You will be integral to new vendor setup and to maintaining item and vendor data across many SKUs. You will proactively communicate on behalf of the department in meetings and via email, acting as the liaison for Import Operations, Transportation, Store Ops and vendors. You will also help coordinate samples and solve problems with our supply chain partners to ensure successful product flow through our network.

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Detail-oriented multitasker

• High sense of urgency and takes initiative as a self-starter

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
