Oversee multiple enterprise-level technology and digital programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Lead and work indirectly multiple development teams, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent project health tracking.

Provide executive-level communication and reporting, including risks, dependencies, and data-backed progress metrics.

Support new product development, process improvement, and data/system migrations.

Utilize advanced JIRA functionality for roadmap development, sprint tracking, and dashboard reporting.

Facilitate Scaled Agile / SAFe practices, including PI planning, sprint planning activities, and story point sizing.

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of program management experience, in large matrixed digital organizations.

Strong background managing complex, multi-project programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.

Hands-on experience using JIRA, with the ability to build advanced dashboards, roadmaps, and burn-down charts.

PMP or SAFe certification is highly preferred.

Deep understanding and working experience of Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., PI planning, story point sizing).

Strong financial acumen- capable of tracking budgets, spend, and forecasts. (must have experience with leading and owning multi million dollar projects).

Proven track record managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing at the executive level.

Highly articulate and persuasive communicator, comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders.

Confident, assertive, and self-directed with the ability to take initiative and lead autonomously.

Detail-oriented with strong risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation skills.

Data-savvy- able to generate meaningful, metric-driven reports and insights.
