    CTG is seeking to fill a PeopleSoft HCM Integration Developer opening for our client in San Diego, CA.

     

    **Location:** San Diego, CA

    **Duration:** 2 years

    Duties:

    + Design and implement integration solutions between PeopleSoft HCM and third-party applications.

    + Develop and support interfaces using Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, File Layouts, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

    + Analyze business requirements and collaborate with functional teams to translate them into technical solutions.

    + Maintain and enhance existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

    + Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; provide resolution and root-cause analysis.

    + Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

    + Ensure compliance with security, change-management, and data-governance policies.

    + Participate in PeopleSoft application upgrades and patching activities related to integrations.

    Skills:

    + Deep expertise with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Component Interfaces.

    + Strong working knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services, XML, and XSLT.

    + Proficiency in SQL, SQR, and PeopleTools.

    + Familiarity with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

    Experience:

    + 5+ years’ experience as a PeopleSoft developer with a focus on HCM modules.

    + Proven track record designing and delivering complex integrations in a large enterprise environment.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
