Job Opportunity: Fraud Customer Service Specialist

Office Location: Draper, Utah

Compensation: $20hr

Are you experienced in fraud prevention and looking to advance your career? Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Fraud Support Specialist

In this role, you will:

+ Protect customer accounts by identifying and responding to potential fraud

+ Communicate professionally with customers, merchants, and financial institutions

+ Investigate and document suspicious activity to ensure compliance and prevent losses

+ Collaborate with your team to enhance processes and improve fraud detection efficiency

+ Make decisions to escalate risky accounts and secure compromised accounts

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 1-2 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigations

+ Previous experience in chat support

+ Strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

+ Associate or Bachelor’s Degree

+ Experience in a financial services environment
