    The role you’ll contribute:

    Manages our capital planning, approvals, and project setup of a portfolio of capital funding projects as the controller and facilitator of our capital workflow. Responsible for managing the transition of data between multiple stakeholder teams throughout the life cycle of capital assets and projects. Develops cross departmental relationships that foster collaboration and trust necessary for in-depth research & reconciliation of decisions, transactions, and communications across the division, region, and company.

    GENERAL SUMMARY** **:

    The Capital Planning Coordinators facilitate and execute the capital planning and equipment acquisition process for the Central Florida Division of AdventHealth. Interacts with campus and division leadership teams in the development of capital uses forecasts and coordinates requests and approvals for annual capital purchases in excess of $250 million. The Capital Planning Coordinator is responsible for initiating, researching, documenting, and coordinating the implemention of all activities related to the approvals, processing, tracking, and reporting phases of the capital equipment lifecycle. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility to develop cross-departmental relationships that are collaborative and equally respectful to all.

    • Executes annual capital purchase plans through coordination of requirements and approvals

    • Facilitates and maintains the five-year capital budget plans for equipment spending projections

    • Manages the updating of complex database of all capital projects which tracks and documents each step throughout the lifecycle of capital equipment from request through to coordinating installation

    • Acts as a liaison between campus leaders and project coordinators, maintaining awareness of installation status and any potential delay, situation or concern that may affect the installation project

    • Attends and contributes to meetings at director level and above

    • Upholds the highest data integrity standards for managing our database records and suggest improvements as needed to ensure our team standards maintain our capital programs integrity

    • Develops and maintains positive relationships with senior leaders, directors, all stakeholders, cross-functional team members and vendors.

    • Performs regular and consistent follow up on all tasks to ensure completion

    • Participates in and coordinates other special projects as assigned by leadership and participates in multidisciplinary planning groups as requested
