Role Overview

**Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1, Multi-Service** to lead operations at **St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital** in **Boise, Idaho** —a 45-bed facility where patients typically stay for an average of two weeks. As part of the **St. Luke’s Health System** , this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a respected and integrated healthcare network.

This **hands-on leadership position** is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple service lines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high levels of client and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a **collaborative, results-driven leader** with a solid background in healthcare support services, a strong commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to build and sustain a positive, engaged team culture.
