    As a Student Worker - Human Resources, you will play an important part in helping our human resources department. You'll master customer service and social skills! Prior experience isn't the most important thing - we're looking for students who are ready to be trailblazers with Aramark. Pursue what matters and apply to join our team.

     

    Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling employee queries and resolving problems in paperwork

    • File documents and keep employees files orgainized

    • Participating in ad hoc HR Projects and audits

    • Assisting with various tasks related to recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations

    • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor

    • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation

    • Ensures security of company assets

    Qualifications

    + Previous administrative experience preferred

    + Demonstrates great customer service skills

    + Able to demonstrates professional work ethic

    + Good interpersonal and organizational skills

    + Must be a current MSU student

     

    This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walkin and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usuage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
