This position is a general maintenance position for upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, welding and carpentry tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Perform tasks for the upkeep of the buildings and the grounds

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all machinery

+ Perform oil changes and fluid level checks on all forklifts and machinery

+ Use carpentry, plumbing and electrical for minor repairs

+ Perform preventive maintenance of pumps and motors

+ Perform basic welding tasks, ie. mig and stick welding

+ Maintain a clean and pristine work area at all times

+ Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management

+ Serve as liaison with vendors for facility repairs

+ Purchase equipment/supplies for facility related repairs

Basic Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Two or more years of maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ General knowledge in maintenance, specifically in carpentry, plumbing, welding and electrical skills

+ General knowledge of working with smalls pumps and motors

+ Ability to read and understand manuals to assist in repairs

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend hours
