    The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to management and employees across multiple locations, providing HR guidance and support to drive business success.     Essential Job Functions

     

    + Support assigned Regions by working with regional leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing overall operational effectiveness and driving performance.

    + Partner with leadership to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to business operations.

    + Help Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a culture that supports high performance and operational excellence.

    + Help facilitate performance management processes that connect individual goals to business objectives, driving accountability and performance improvement.

    + Guide managers in performance evaluation processes, coaching, and development plans to maximize employee potential.

    + Help Implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression.

    + Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

    + Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

    + Coach and develop managers to become effective leaders.

    + Maintain an awareness of talent and recruiting needs to help achieve a high-quality talent pipeline.

    + Work with Regional and General Managers on workforce planning and maintaining staffing levels. Analyze business needs and workforce trends to ensure optimal staffing levels, skill sets, and organizational structure that support operational goals.

    + Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies and ethical standards.

    + Conduct regional leadership training as needed.

    + Travel to locations in assigned territory and other business-related meetings. Some overnight travel will be required.

    + Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

    + Collaborate with other HR departments.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field;

    + Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a human resources generalist with a focus on strategic HR business partnering and aligning HR strategies with business operations;

    + Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels;

    + knowledge of employment laws and regulations;

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    + Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft suite programs;

    + PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

    + Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.

    + Travel is required.

    USD $75,000.00/Yr.
