HR Generalist

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ Human Resources certification preferred.
+ 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
+ 1+ years’ experience managing leaves of absence preferred.
+ Solid understanding of general human resources benefits, policies, and procedures.
+ Experience in HRIS system, preferably ADP.
+ Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other related state and federal laws strongly preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Critical thinker, problem solver, follow-through, drive for results, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and customer focus.
+ Ability to think independently and execute sound judgment in making decisions.
+ Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
+ Ability to calmly manage complex customer service situations.
+ Ability to provide coaching and guidance to foster effective relationships.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written required.
