    Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **Project Team Supervisor** for our **Emerging Technology** department based at our **Greenville, NC** location.

    What you will do:

    + **Project Management** : Oversee all aspects of Emerging Technology projects, ensuring timelines, revenue, and margins are met while exceeding customer expectations.

    + **Documentation and Tracking** : Manage and maintain all project requirements documents, capturing and tracking all necessary follow-up and project management tasks.

    + **Team Supervision** : Supervise assigned Project Managers and supporting staff, ensuring effective collaboration across all relevant functional areas.

    + **Risk Management** : Assess project timelines, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure schedule performance.

    + **Performance Tracking** : Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely completion of tasks.

    + **Prioritization and Accountability** : Prioritize critical actions and hold team members accountable to drive initiatives to completion.

    + **Gap Identification** : Identify and communicate any gaps or risks to the completion of action items, ensuring proactive resolution.

    What you will need:

    + **Education** : BS/BA degree required, preferably in engineering or business project management.

    + **Experience** : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business project management.
