    Job Description

    Independent Insurance Agency in Johns Creek, GA seeking fulltime Commercial Insurance Account Manager.This individual will work directly with a producer(s) and carrier underwriters and will be responsible for building relationships while maintaining and servicing a book of business. They will be responsible for building relationships while maintaining and servicing a book of business. They will service book of business by managing and replying to phone calls, emails, and any other request from clients. Complete and submit insurance applications to the carrier and or quotes online. Market Renewal business ability to prepare quality submissions to carriers and/or quote online. Review and analyze quotes; prepare quality proposals for presentation to clients. Invoice Agency Billed policies and managed Aged Accounts Receivables. Process changes requests from clients. Maintain client files according to agencys policies and procedures in agency management system. Analyze client insurance needs; work to round coverage portfolios by suggesting/selling additional coverage.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3-5+ years' experience working in an Independent Insurance Agency as a Commercial Lines Account Manager

     

    Robust knowledge of insurance coverage products

     

    Experience working specifically with/for an Independent Agent

     

    Active Property & Casualty Insurance license

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

     

    Professional verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail Experience in AMS360 management system preferred null
