    Contract Duration: 18 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience, specifically using Ab Initio.

    + Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.

    + Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle.

    + Prior experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.).

    + Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data analytics.

    + Ability to adapt in environments with strict approval processes and documentation requirements.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.

    + Prior work experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.

    + Familiarity with reporting tools and trend-based analytics.

    + Understanding of customer behavior analysis systems.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes using Ab Initio.

    + Work with Oracle GoldenGate and other tools for data replication and real-time streaming.

    + Support ongoing efforts to analyze customer behavior and usage patterns through large-scale data processing.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements and implement end-to-end data solutions.

    + Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.

    + Monitor ETL performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
