    Description

    We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive the effectiveness and productivity of our sales organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs, optimizing sales tools and processes, and equipping the sales team with the knowledge, content, and training necessary to improve performance and achieve revenue goals. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Develop, implement, and manage sales enablement strategies that align with business goals.

     

    - Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members.

     

    - Create and maintain sales content, playbooks, and competitive battlecards.

     

    - Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improving performance and productivity.

     

    - Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes, tools, and technologies that support sales efficiency.

     

    - Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure timely and relevant updates reach the sales organization.

     

    - Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and continuously optimize programs based on feedback and data.

     

    - Use SQL and other data tools to extract and analyze performance data to inform strategies and measure impact.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

     

    - 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related field.

     

    - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

     

    - Experience designing and executing training programs and content for sales teams.

     

    - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

     

    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally.

     

    - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

     

    - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience supporting B2B sales teams.

     

    - Advanced SQL skills and experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

     

    - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $132,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $219,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
