Essential Responsibilities

+ Audit ASP onsite maintenance activities ensuring work standards are being met.

+ Ensure all ASP maintenance activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

+ Promote a culture of safety among contracted partners.

+ Partner with GE EHS to help lead maintenance related event investigations.

+ Ensure all documentation is properly filled out daily. LOTO/Checklists/Site documents etc.

+ Engage with site SQC prior to maintenance cycle kick off.

+ Train and help ISP understand LOTO procedures, PDR, Checklists, etc.

+ Provide feedback to Maintenance leadership team on how ASP performed on their assigned/completed jobs.

+ Have Direct Communication with contractor’s Resource Manager.

+ Validate contractors have all GWO and trainings up to date before dispatching them to perform field operations.

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma / GED

+ Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Desired Characteristics

+ Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, maintenance practices, and safety standards.

+ Excellent organizational. Oral, and written communications skills.

+ Strong leadership experience and skills.

The base pay range for this position is $41.52 - $46.57. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. **This position is also eligible for Per diem and a company vehicle** . This posting is expected to close on 7/17/24 or thereafter.
