Robert Half is looking for a full-time Paralegal to join our client in Irvine!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.

• Manage and maintain case calendars, ensuring all deadlines and important dates are properly tracked.

• Assist in organizing and managing case files using tools like SharePoint, when applicable.

• Conduct clerical tasks such as document filing, data entry, and correspondence.

• Collaborate with attorneys to support case strategy and preparation for hearings or trials.

• Provide administrative support for claim administration and case management.

• Assist with briefing and other case-related documentation as needed.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.

• Paralegal certification is preferred; a bachelor's degree is also highly desirable.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Strong organizational skills, particularly in calendar management and scheduling.

• Familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to perform clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to contribute immediately.
